In addition to strategic communications planning, Sue is a copywriter (B.A. in
Communications with a focus on Journalism) and creative director. Prior to starting
the business, she was a senior communications representative at Progressive Insurance
(which has remained a client since she left), an account executive at Covington
Communications and an associate editor at Babcox Publications.
